Farm that extends for almost twenty hectares on the morainic hills overlooking that dominate and characterize the south-eastern shore of Lake Garda, young of almost thirty years, opposed to the extensive characteristics and quantities typical of the conspicuous neighborhood, Lorenzo and Vito are the keystone, committed, passionate, dedicated to sacrifice, technical care and development, of this canova paradigm that stands out for the singular distinction of a very special class of wines. Bugne Rosso Veronese I.G.T., Bardolino D.O.C. La Moara, D.O.C.G. Le Bine Vecchie, Chiaretto D.O.C. Le Ceresare, to reach the more architectural Custoza D.O.C. La Soldanella, for the concentrated Bugne Bianche I.G.T. Veronese, for the Pinot Bianco Severino and for a vast selection of grappas and olive groves with a limestone nature.

An original avant-garde interpretation of musts, one of the most peculiar characteristics of the farm, stands out the ancient convent whose origins date back to the 1500s, a treasure trove of a process that has remained unchanged over time.


The manor house is completely renovated and elegantly furnished with the style and traditions of the Fabiano family who have safeguarded the typicality of a "country house", and which now shares it with those who want to stay in a quiet rural place in an atmosphere of conviviality. . Guests have access to 6 comfortable and spacious rooms with bathroom, equipped with all comforts, two of which with kitchenette, for a total of 20 beds.

Breakfast is served in the large room with fireplace or under the porch; a typical tasting cellar welcomes guests for the presentation and tasting of our wines and other products of our production
