Le mani in pasta: journey in the culinary tradition of Valeggio, with workshop and final tasting of Tortellini


A short walk on the culinary tradition of Valeggio together with Sara Venturelli, which will then accompany the participants at the restaurant Tortellinando - Albergo Al Cacciatore.

At 6.00 pm will be held the service of "cooking class" which will consist of a brief introduction on the family activity, an active and educational moment dedicated to tortellini with subsequent tasting, combined with a tasting of wine Custoza.
Duration: ca. 1 hour / 1 hour and an half

As for the eventual dinner at the restaurant, intended as an extra service compared to the event organized by the Pro Loco, it is also proposed a price of 28,00 €/pax for: tasting trio of stuffed pasta, dessert, water and wine (only by reservation).
