Gourmet tradition in a modern environment
Today a historic place in Valeggio sul Mincio shines again, where it has always been nice to spend a few hours in company, enjoying the flavors of tradition!
Founded in 1927 by Caterina Zara, woman, entrepreneur and mother of a family, the place was once an old tavern very popular thanks to its strategic location, in the historic center of the town. Over time, the children are able to wisely combine the taste of traditional recipes, typical of a Venetian tavern, with a refined and refined setting that takes the restaurant to the top.
Thanks to a recent renovation, respectful of the original architectural system, today, you will find a room halfway between the rustic and the urban proposed in a modern and romantic perspective, as well as a well-handed family passion, unique pieces of furniture and lots of green in the room! The open kitchen, the winter garden, the decorated tiles and the bleached wood ceilings help create a relaxed and curious "tavern outside the door" atmosphere.
A sincere table, the one proposed by the Bue D'Oro Restaurant, guided by the principles of seasonality and territoriality of the products, which puts people's well-being first and which also turns an eye to the price. In the menu, in fact, traditional dishes are prepared with modern techniques (and who said only local ones!), Thus blending the good with the accessible and innovation with tradition, in a unique proposal. To complete the idea of the kitchen there is the passion and continuous research, the indispensable teamwork and the welcome of the guest.
