A small family-run pastry shop, Paolo Biagini took over the ancient Pasticceria Brentegani in 2000, bringing the flavors of Mantua to the tradition of Veronese and Valeggian desserts.
Together with the classicTorta delle Rose and Dolce Valeggio, we find crunchy sbrisolone and Elvezia cakes. All also seasoned with savory and sparkling aperitifs.
