The Alla Borsa restaurant, an elegant restaurant located in the historic center of Valeggio sul Mincio and managed since 1959 by Alceste Pasquali with the precious help of his wife Albina Stanghellini, takes its name from the ancient function it once held, thanks to its location strategic: formerly a trattoria where local traders used to meet to conclude contracts.
Currently the management of the restaurant is also entrusted to his daughter Nadia who, in collaboration with a very valid staff of cooks and waiters, guarantee a careful and multilingual service: Nadia and her dining room collaborators, Isaac and Roberto, speak English, German and French. And it is, instead, Mirko who takes care of the wine selection, which will accompany your meals.
In a modern setting you can taste delicious stuffed pasta, including the classic Nodo d’Amore, the real tortellino di Valeggio s / M, but also tortelli stuffed with seasonal vegetables, succulent roasts and braised meats personally supervised by the owners. The restaurant, in the summer, also has a garden with a view of the ancient Scaligero Castle, where you can enjoy fresh summer carpaccio.
