In the middle of the homonymous farm, in 1960, Fausto Buniotto opened a small tavern, thus giving rise to a family tradition that has been perpetuated from generation to generation until today: the imaginative pursuit of culinary art. Subsequently, the restaurant was renewed thanks to the significant contribution of his son Luciano, the architect of the transformation of the "Frasca" into a typical trattoria, which he now manages together with his wife Rosanna and two daughters Enrica and Elena. Immersed in the greenery, in a rustic and welcoming atmosphere with warm colors and the scents of real home cooking, you can taste, in addition to the traditional and renowned Nodo d'Amore, the real Tortellino di Valeggio sul Mincio stuffed with meat, many other specialties at homemade pasta base, generous mixed starters and an excellent cut of beef. A simple but quality cuisine and as well as the service, which fully reflects the philosophy of the Buniotto family, simple and informal to make the customer feel at home.
