The dishes that Chiara Bertaiola serves are rigorously prepared aboard her Citroen van with the explosiveness of those who have turned what was just a wandering idea into a job. Bertaiola, 30 years old ... and something, from Valeggio, toured the kitchens of Italy and Europe before returning to her country and reinventing herself.

With 616, Chiara prepares lunches and dinners that customers can enjoy on the lawn of Parco Ichenhausen in Valeggio sul Mincio, on blankets, on makeshift tables or at home by choosing the take-away option, combining simplicity and refinement.
