After the great success achieved in previous editions, the appointment with fashion, clothing, accessories and modern antiques pieces, one of the most glamorous events of the Province of Verona, is back.
Many selected exhibitors from all over Italy, who already attend the most important trade fairs (Vintage Selection of Florence, Mercante in Fiera of Parma, Pavia Next Vintage Show, Market on the Navigli in Milan, the antique market fair of Valeggio sul Mincio) and that, in addition to retail, make a research to create historical archives of the costume, a precious source of information for designers and fashion editors.
"VALEGGIO WEARS THE VINTAGE" is a wonderful journey back in time, where you can discover patterns of '50s tailoring tradition or revolutionary clothing of the seventies, dresses from the collections of famous fashion designer, accessories such as fascinating hats, precious Americans jewels, sunglasses, bags, suitcases, trunks and many other objects that we are now accustomed to seeing only in old photographs or in film production.![]() The style research that inspires the entire event will also cover the taste; during the day will be possible to taste typical products and delicatessens, made by local restaurants and artisan pasta factories.
The atmosphere of the day is made even more lively by some music concerts.
In case of bad weather the event will take place at the Indoor Fruit and Vegetable Market of Valeggio.
The event is organized by Associazione Percorsi, in cooperation with Pro Loco Valeggio and Arts & Travels, and with the support of Municipal Administration.
