The Antiques Market takes place on every 4th Sunday of the month, in Piazza Carlo Alberto, the main town square, end in the roads adjacent to the historic centre of Valeggio Sul Mincio.
It was first conceived in June of 1994 through an initiative of the local association of traders at the time. The market is now run by the Percorsi Association, which follows the organisation, now that it has become an event of great interest for curious passing visitors and also for passionate collectors.
Throughout the years, the range of the market has become more and more rich and selective, with more than one hundred professional exhibitors and some recreational collectors, who display high quality items demonstrating research and originality.
Furniture, ceramics and English silver, rare books and publications, mirrors, precious lamps in blown glass, Bakelite coffee machines, original LouisVuitton trunks from the late '800 and vintage clothing and accessories are some of the items that can be purchased at this market.
The shops are open all day.
